I have been a complementary therapist and energy worker for 30+ years and have qualifications in a broad range of modalities. I am an experienced Clinical hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, Hypnotic Coach and have trained in advanced hypnosis, CBH and a variety of forms of coaching and client support. I also offer Past Life Regression and Journeywork.

My Cosmic Consciousness Programmes are delivered 1-2-1 or in groups online to clear energetic blocks on all levels.

My aim when working with you as a client is to offer you help and motivation to help yourself.  By helping you to become more self-empowered, you gain the confidence to listen to, and trust your own body, mind and spirit.  My treatments and teaching are all very 'down to earth' and are aimed to give you increased control over your own well-being.
